Bill Sharpe

CEO, The Appliance Studio

Bill Sharpe received a BA in Natural Sciences at Cambridge University, England, specialising in Experimental Psychology, and an MTech in Advanced Computer Science from Brunel University. Bill has worked in computing R&D throughout his career in both the public and private sector. For 15 years he was a research Laboratory Director in Hewlett Packard corporate labs at Bristol, UK. He left HP in 1999 to found The Appliance Studio to pursue his professional interest in taking computing beyond the realm of computers, and into a world of simple and delightful appliances. He also maintains an active research interest into the practice of innovation management.
